Please note that all items purchased online are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Kindly ensure your selection is correct before completing your order.
Exchange is only possible in our physical store in Bali, within 7 days of purchase, and only with the original receipt and all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to item availability and condition.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:
In-store pick-up (Bali only): 3–7 working days — FREE
Standard home delivery:
• Indonesia: 2–7 working days — IDR 100,000
• Worldwide: 7–14 working days from IDR 500,000 to 1,000,000
These timeframes are approximate and will be confirmed during checkout.
Delivery timelines begin 24 working hours after your purchase. Weekends and public holidays (both in Indonesia and at our logistics centre) are excluded.

Express delivery is available — please contact us directly to arrange it.
In rare cases (product customisation, unforeseen delays, or customs processing), delivery may take longer, but in any case will not exceed 30 days from order confirmation.
