Shipping policy
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. We offer the following types of delivery:
Pick-up in store: 3 - 7 working days - FREE
Standard Home Delivery: 2 - 7 working days
Indonesia — 100,000 IDR
Europe — 1,100,000 IDR
Asia — 900,000 IDR
USA — 1,100,000 IDR
Others — 1,100,000 IDR
These deadlines are approximate, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process.
Delivery periods are understood to begin 24 working hours following the date of purchase. Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located.
Unless there are circumstances arising from customisation of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every piece at Soleil Blanc is made to order, by hand, in Bali. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, color, or change of mind — please read the details below before ordering.
Before you order. Message us on Instagram or at soleilblancband@gmail.com with your height and measurements, and we'll help you choose the right size before your piece goes into production.
The only exception: manufacturing defects or wrong items. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos. Approved cases are exchanged for the same item or store credit — we do not offer refunds.
To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and show no signs of use. If our team has reason to believe the item has been worn or used, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.
In Bali, if there's a manufacturing defect, you're welcome to bring the item to our store within 24 hours of receiving it, with your receipt and tags intact, instead of emailing photos.
Return shipping, where applicable, is the customer's responsibility.
