Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. We offer the following types of delivery:

Pick-up in store: 3 - 7 working days - FREE
Standard Home Delivery: 2 - 7 working days
Indonesia - 100.000 IDR
Europe - 800.000 IDR

Asia - 600.000 IDR

USA - 1.000.000 IDR

Others - 800.000 IDR -1.000.000 IDR

These deadlines are approximate, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process.

Delivery periods are understood to begin 24 working hours following the date of purchase. Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located.

Unless there are circumstances arising from customisation of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.

Returns and exchanges are only available offline, at our Bali store.
Customers can return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt and only if the item is unworn, with original tags and packaging.

All international orders are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
