RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are a boutique brand and maintain strict quality standards. All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
NO RETURNS FOR PREFERENCE
As a boutique brand, we place strong emphasis on quality and accurate product presentation. For this reason, returns based on personal preference are not accepted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
– size or fit (size selection is the customer’s responsibility; we provide detailed size charts and are happy to assist before purchase)
– length
– color expectations (we strive to present colors as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur depending on your device screen)
– change of mind after purchase
Returns due to “change of mind” are not accepted.
We strongly recommend clarifying all details prior to placing an order. For any questions regarding size, fit, length, or color, you can contact us via Instagram, our team will be happy to assist you in making the right choice.
DEFECTS OR WRONG ITEMS
Returns are only accepted in case of:
– manufacturing defects
– incorrect items sent due to our error
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
ITEM CONDITION
To be eligible for exchange, the item must:
– be unworn and unused
– show no signs of use (including photoshoots)
– have all original tags attached
– be in original condition
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
EXCHANGE ONLY
We do not offer refunds.
Approved cases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed to be our error.
